A Senior Vice President with JPMorgan Chase Bank, Dan has 20 years of banking and corporate finance experience, including asset based lending, real estate banking, commercial banking, along with subordinated debt and equity financing. He has been involved in over 100 transactions ranging from acquisitions to management buy-outs. Dan has been active in a number of finance industry associations and was most recently the President of a 300 member Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. He has also served on the Board of the Commercial Finance Association and has been very active with the Association for Corporate Growth and various venture capital groups. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Marc Mandt is a founding WaVE member and a fourth generation entrepreneur with
entrepreneurial experience ranging from a successful family business to his own technology and services startups.From 1992 through 2005 Marc held various management and leadership positions with his family business, The Flyer, in Tampa. In 2000 he founded Classified Technologies Group as a spinoff company and which feature the first SaaS offering for the community newspaper publishing industry with an integrated order entry, CRM, workflow and AR offering. The company was also first to market with a specialized outsourced call center for publishers to outsource their entire classified advertising sales function.
After 2005, Marc was involved in a few ventures including a local search and recommendation website along with another publishing and printing company.In 2010 he founded Adalia Media as the exclusive licensee for Mascus.com, one of the largest
niche websites for the sale of used heavy equipment and machinery in the world. Marc oversaw the fastest ramp-up of a new Mascus market in the history of the company.
In 2014, the family had reacquired The Flyer and Marc rejoined the team to help launch a new digital division for the company to further serve its SMB market in the Tampa Bay and South Florida markets.Marc also does strategic and sales consulting for companies as well as volunteering at WaVE and with other entrepreneurial organizaitons.Marc holds a MBA from Babson College and a B.S in Marketing Management from Florida State University.
